AIESEC takes over Latin America

Writing here from Bogota after an incredible day yesterday at the Latin American Socially Responsible Leadership Day, hosted by AIESEC and the Bogota Chamber of Commerce. About 700 or so people attended, and highlights included:

- High level representatives of large companies, civil society organizations, universities, governments, the United Nations, including fascinating panel presentations.

- A speech and question and answer period by the President of Colombia - Alvaro Uribe. Apparently the third most secured person in the world, he was accompanied by a whole army contingent including some very nice dogs ;-) His speech was a wonderful, improvised talk on his view of leadership, building public trust, politics, youth, etc... He is clearly one who is constantly seeking to grow his own ability to lead.

- Extensive media coverage by a number of Spanish language media, including CNN Latin America, and some of Colombia's top papers and news magazines.

- Inspiring AIESEC alumni, including entrepreneurs, government representatives, and senior corporate leaders in Colombia.

This was definitely a very exciting event to participate in, and just shows the incredible reach that AIESEC can have if it we really decide to use our network. Big congrats to the SSGN Board and AIESEC in Colombia for the event.

(pictures to come!)

Kamil managing information on multiple levels of reality

Kamil power info

Kamil doesnt use computers. Kamil connects on a deeper level with their underlying form and function. For Kamil to use only one computer would be like giving a full grown man a jar of baby food for dinner....
