How does it feel to be in the AI office?
"It's really great being in the AI office, I expected it to be noisy and "million dollar contracts" being signed ;) but its kinda quiet and nearly everyone is now in a meeting for IPM & EXPROS. The rest of the people are quietly working or working while talking to other people in the office. The atmosphere here is so great this team is full of friendships and joking around (sa7 ya Tom heheheh) ;) and at the same time proffessional and getting work done."

You can read the whole story written by Soad (an egyption AIESEC member) on her visit to the AI office in Rotterdam on her blog.

Thanks Soad for your nice presents to all of us ;-)

Probably the best discussion ever held on @net
Hey Gang!

I'm not sure if you're subscribed to Learning Networks community, but "Humanitarian intervention" is probably the best discussion that has ever happened on @net.
It all started from Humanitarian Intervension, but evolved slowly into a Call for revolution and now captures all the aspects of all philosophical questions that we as human beings are asking ourselves. Some of the best quotes coming recently:

"If we only think about life within the context of our own existence, our point of view is limited. By considering life in different ways, new ideas may surface that have never crossed our minds before. We don't have to accept new information, but why not consider it?"
Frank Kalabamu
AIESEC Tanzania

"Personally, i do not think it is saying "nobody is better than everyone else"
as that is just clearly wrong. People are better than others, whether it is tennis, maths or drinking there are always people who are better or worse than you. Claiming equality i think runs the risk of pretending we are all the same when we are not!"
Jan Bartscht
AIESEC UK

"This discussion topic got a lot of attention, so much that many people didn't have courage to contribute anymore since thay had no time to read all the posts.
I made a document for my self to read the mostly interesting comments on bus when going to the university.
Feel free to print if you have ink and paper for 47 pages.

This kind of discussion are definitely moving the world forward.
